If you have every logged a SR with Oracle, chances are they would have asked you the dump of DMS metrics. It makes analysis and debugging of the issue slightly easy. In this blog, I will show you two way in which we can achieve above. Dump of DMS Metrics and Incident Report.
a) Execute ./wlst.sh from $MW_HOME/oracle_common/common/bin
b) Now, lets take dump of OIM Server and SOA Server(both)
If servers argument is not specified, the command returns the list of metric tables for all WebLogic servers and system components.
A lot of metrics will be displayed in the terminal window after executing above command.
c) We can also get metrics for specific category as well. Enter the below command to get metrics on JMS and OIM_JMS

d) You can also create Incident Report which will include above DMS metrics. Incident report by default will go to adr directory of managed server. /Managed_Server/adr/diag/
e) These files can be shared with Oracle Support. It will contain DMS metrics as well 🙂
