In my last blog, we saw the steps required to install OUD connector and to create IT Resource and Application Instance. In this blog, I will include the steps required to populate the relevant lookup codes with valid data entries present in the OUD, namely for OUD groups, roles and organizations. The lookup codes can then be used by LOVs on connector UI elements – process forms and request datasets.
a) Log in to the SYSADMIN Console and click Scheduler under System Management panel. A pop window should open up.
b) Search for scheduled job LDAP Connector OU Lookup Reconciliation.
c) Open the job and update IT Resource Name with Enterprise Directory – OUD.
d) Apply and run now. Make sure its successful.
e) Similarly execute below jobs by following above steps :-
1) LDAP Connector Group Lookup Reconciliation
2) Entitlement List
3) Catalog Synchronization Job.
f) For verification purpose, please go to Lookups and search for below code. You should see new values.
